I knew that new rule so I moved his topic to pending.
And the "Denied Hosting Account" forum says: Users with 4 or more Denied will automatically be placed as "No Hosting" users. So I thought the first request was denied .... he can make a new one.

Richard I don't really think that the topic was a duplication of the sticked thread.
He wanted to know what is better SMF or MyBB.
